Theaters in black and white or in a thousand colors

The two cinema multiplexes developed by VPdesign in Kuwait City show a strong and instantly recognizable esthetic line.

In the first one, the black and white interior treatment creates a refined and radical atmosphere in sharp contrast to the multicolored environment of the commercial center. Its volume is punctuated by big cones dressed in gold leaf. In the middle of the lobby, a large sculpture of metal and light sends thousands of reflections in every direction.

In the other multiplex, the Aladdin’s lamp theme alludes lightly to the stories and legends of the region: the lobby volume is interspersed with vertical multicolor lanterns reaching up to the ceiling.

In these two projects and other multiplexes, BPdesign creates a comfortable and refined living and meeting space around cinema, with a special esthetic and cultural touch.
